DescriptionThe petitioners represent that a dam has been built across Thorney Dike and a sluice set down in the new drain between Thorney and Whittlesey. They ask for relief, as they are much grieved and damnified. They also ask for Thorney Dike to be cleansed and scoured, and for water not to be let in to the new river from Morton's Leam. Four signatories.
