TitlePetition of John Saffery
DescriptionThe petitioner used to own a house and other buildings at Salter's Lode, which are now owned by the Bedford Level Corporation. He reports that he asked for payment in April 1676, but has still received no satisfaction. He asks again for payment, as the premises cost him at least £150 to build. If this is not possible, he asks for a report to be made on his case. One signatory.
