DescriptionThe petitioner used to own a house and 97 acres of Adventurers' land in Ladus Fen, 46 acres of which were sold to Anthony Hammond for the non-payment of taxes. He represents that Mr Wildebore pretends to have an assignment from Mr Hammond, and threatens to take away his house. He asks to be allowed to retain possession of it. No signatory.
