TitlePetition of the Inhabitants of Swavesey
Description"The petitoners represent that they lost at least £300 last summer, as the sluice in the west bank of the River Ouse has not been repaired. They ask for it to be repaired, as was originally ordered in June 1673, and for the bank on the west side of it to be enlarged. They will release the Bedford Level Corporation from all damages if all of this is completed within the next two months. Forty seven signatories. '
