DescriptionIn a previous petition, the petitioners reported that Mr Blatt of Somersham had laid a tunnel between Crane Brook and the Outring Ditch, which caused their lands to flood and was stopped up. The Petitioners report that Mr Blatt has now asked for permission to reopen his tunnel. The petitioners ask that he be refused. Two hundred and seventeen signatories.
