DescriptionPetition of Thomas Castell, Thomas Castell and Thomas Talbot. They report that the inhabitants of Sutton have had their stock of corn and hay ruined and their cattle, horses and sheep destroyed by the many breaches to the North bank of the Bedford River, and that they are cut off from their lands for want of bridges. The petitioners ask for the Westwaters to be scoured and both banks of Bedford River to be lined.
