DescriptionThe petitioner's [late] father owned 112 acres of [Adventurers'] land in Ramsey, 28 acres of which were allotted to the Bedford Level Corporation and belong to Robert Hutchinson. He represents that Robert Hutchinson neglects to fence in and ditch his 28 acres, and threatens to sue him if any of his cattle come on to his land and to impound any cattle found there. He asks for Robert Hutchinson to be compelled to fence in his land, or for permission to sue him. No signatory.
