TitlePetition of Benjamin Keene
DescriptionThe petitioner reports that he gave credit to Mark Turville for several quantities of timber and boards, and that Mark Turville assigned four fifths of his fee from the Bedford Level Corporation in return. He has only received two fifths of the fee, and Mr Mingay now refuses to pay the other two fifths. He asks to be paid the remainder. One signatory.
