Also includes a note about the opening of sluices in times of flood; a petition of the Bedford Level Corporation to the House of Commons, asking for a canal to be built to London; a copy of the River Ouse Haling Bill; letters from James Golborne, Charles Gould and Thomas Yorke, concerning the River Ouse Haling Bill, a letter from Charles Gould, concerning the repayment of bond debts, and a letter from Thomas Yorke, concerning [the Bishop's Stortford and Cambridge] canal.
