Contains conditions for letting public houses; draft proclamations made at the April and Whitsun meetings; a list of the owners of 100 acres and upwards in the North Level; printed leaflet "Annual Allotments for the Banks", 1814; abstract of an assignment of four bonds each for £100 in the North Level, between the executors of the late Thomas Southam and Mrs Jane Wing; rentals from public houses, tolls and fisheries due in 1818 and 1819; a draft schedule of the public houses, banks, tolls and fisheries to be let in 1819; a bond with the Commissioners for Littleport and Downham District, for lowering the tunnels at Oxlode and Washington; draft bond, for laying a pipe through the Hundred Foot Bank to supply the inhabitants of Mepal with water; draft articles of agreement with Edward Suter, concerning the purchase or hire of the steamboat; draft bargain and sale to Samuel Wells, of 57 acres of Adventurers' land in lot 11; draft release from Anna Thing, of 5 acres of wash land [in the Ouse Washes] near Welney; draft lease to Richard Orton, of 5 acres of wash land [in the Ouse Washes] near Welney; draft lease to James Nicholls, of 3½ acres of land, part of the old course of Elm Leam; draft lease to David Household of 0.5 acres of land, part of the old course of Elm Leam; and correspondence. This bundle was originally labelled "Draft Proclamations".
