DescriptionVolume containing copies of the petitions and complaints presented to the Lords Commissioners at a meeting held at "The Bear", Cambridge, between 20 -22 September 1653. These petitions concern lands taken on account of the grant of 95,000 acres to the Society of Adventurers. This volume is bound in one half of an indenture of lease between Christ's College and Marie Bambridge, for lands in Landbeach and Milton.
