Esq. and John Thornhill of Fixby, Yorks. Esq. ..... ..... annuity of £150 p.a. out of Manor of Notton for 21 years after George Wentworth's death, and all the Spring woods in the Lordship of Woolley and Notton for 21 years after George Wentworth's death. To pay off all George Wentworth's debts as set out in annexed schedule, then his son Michael Wentworth's debts, then to his 3 daus. Everild Thornhill, Frances Grantham and Ann Osbaldeston. But if his brother John Wentworth pays £2,100 then the woods are to be conveyed to him. To John Wentworth, his brother, Manors of Kinskell, and Pool + apps. lands etc. in Heathley to convey to Everild Thornhill + Mannor of Wadlaynes and Farfeys in Yorks. + mess. etc. in Calverley now in possession of Mrs Katherin Wentworth his late son's widow, except for a farm occupied by Thos. Stanley + Saway lands, to convey to Frances Grantham + land above excepted to Everild Thornhill and Mannor, mess. etc. in Maltby, to convey to Ann Osbaldeston + Mannor of Brackenholme + all rights and apps in Brackenholme and Hagthorpe. If any dispute arise over distribution of the land, the disputer to pay £100 to the one so molested, and to eliminate this each of the sisters are, within 3 years of George Wentworth's death to assure their lands to each other. To his brother John Wentworth - mess. cottages, lands etc. in Brearely, Yorks. To his sons in law, he orders to pay out of lease of £150 p.a. for 21 years £8 to George Wentworth's sister Mrs Mary Longley + £3 p.a. to Robert Arnold his servant. |
