Esq. and Henry Thornton of Castley, Yorks. gent. owe £170 to Edmund Roberts of Kyngeston upon Hill, merchant, who moved that the statute be certified into Chancery so that he could recover his debt from a moiety of the goods, lands and chattels of the conusors. B. Inquisition. 3 June 33 Eliz. (Held as a result of A.) at York into property owned by Richard Goldesbroughe of Goldesbroughe, Yorks. Property listed.
