DescriptionGranting £60 p.a. in: 1st year, To University of Cambridge for use of poor sick scholars. 2nd year, To Borough of Wisbech for loans to young men returnable in 20 years. 3rd year, To Borough of Cambridge for loans to young men returnable in 20 years. 4th year, To Borough of King's Lynn for loans to young men returnable in 20 years. 5th year, To Borough of Ipswich for loans to young men returnable in 20 years. and so on year by year until £200 accumulated. thereafter £60 to each in like manner for poor of town. Terrier of Lincolnshire lands bought to produce £62 p.a. of which £2 p.a. to be paid to each town in turn for a sermon to be preached there to persuade others to make like bequests. Clause relating to misuse of money and forfeiture of same.
