Names of some adjoining features; gardens, orchards and meadows marked; manor outbuildings lettered in red, fields in black; trees and gates shown, rolling boundaries indicated; manor house, outbuildings, parsonage and church in plan form; one cottage in perspective view; upland ground and meadow outlined in different colours, boundary of property outlined red.
Key giving names of outbuildings and total acreage; table bottom left giving names and acreages of upland ground; table bottom right with names and acreages of meadow. Tithe in uncoloured cartouche; scale surmounted by dividers.
