Covenant by Matthew Holworthy for conveyance to Elizabeth Disbrowe, for similar uses, of manor of Pagrave in Norfolk; Sporle Hall or Pagrave Hall, with 123 acres inclosed arable, meadow and pasture, 52 acres arable nearby, 34 acres in Sporle Field with fold course for 400 ewes, farmhouse and 147 inclosed acres and 20 acres arable, 10 acres wood with sheep course for 600 ewes; farm etc. in Sporle; 133 acres inclosed land, 28 acres of Lammas Shacke ground, 20 acres land and sheepwalk for 600 ewes; farm in Sporle and Great and Little Palgrave, 100 acres inclosed land, 35 acres meadow and pasture, 60 acres in Sporle Field; 14 acres in Dunham Field; sheep course for 300 ewes, Sporle Wood, 100 acres; manor of Sporle with rents of £13.4s.10d. and 40s. p.a.; and all lands etc. in Great and Little Palgrave, Swaffham, Sporle, Dunham, North Peckenham, Newton and Fransham, Norfolk.
