Woodhead, 54 Glisson Road, Cambridge,enclosing a letter received from 'the Mackenzie family' [i.e. Sir John Mackenzie]that discusses the ignorance of Neville Chamberlain [Minister of Health] of Papworth, and requesting 200 eggs for laying down. Also discussing the illness of Mrs Barnsall and sympathizing with the problems at Preston Hall as well as suggesting different styles of furniture which may be popular. Also invitation to Sir H.D.Rolleston by Dr Apthorpe Webb, Cambridge to come to dinner.
