Title	Copy of letter from E. Obermer to Sir Laurence Philipps, Llanstephan House, Llyswen, Breconshire, about his comments that a fee of one hundred guineas for medical examinations carried out on his son were 'outrageous', justifying the cost of the investigations. Requesting an apology for these comments and offering to waive the fee if Sir Laurence can find any laboratory or hospital which would have undertaken the examination for less.
