Title	Copy letter to Dr [J.] Arthur Sibly, Flook House, Taunton about a memorandum about his nephews who 'made such a mess of it that I quite agree with your censure'…and that [Varrier-Jones] did not approve of [Dr Arthur's] methods of treatment. Giving sympathy for the 'great miseries through which you have passed'. Also refers to Dr Hopkins whom Varrier-Jones does not know.
