Title	Manuscript draft letter by Varrier-Jones, to Mrs Dimsdale about a meeting of a Finance Committee showing that radical change in the management of the Colony 'must take place' and finding his position of County Tuberculosis Officer and foreman of the colony untenable unless an agreement is reached, as he is not willing to accept responsibility for things he was forced into doing.
