TitlePossibly Huntingdon Regatta, with four divers
DescriptionA view of the river taken from the wooden trestle railway bridge towards Godmanchester. Four divers, with HGS [Huntingdon Grammar School?] on their swimming costumes, are standing on a diving board leading from the railway bridge, and a coxed four are rowing on the river. Crowds can be seen on the river bridge in the distance. The hosiery mill on the Godmanchester side of the river bridge can be seen, as can Brown & Goodman's flour mill which was demolished in the 1960s. Signs for Childs & Hall can be seen behind the divers.
