TitleHigh Street, Huntingdon
DescriptionThe High Street, Huntingdon looking towards Whitwell House from the George Hotel corner. A Maddison & Hinde display cabinet can be seen on the corner of the Hotel building, alongside an advert for a Mr Brown, Dentist in Practice. The gentleman on the tricycle is a Mr Lamb, according to David Cozens in his book "Huntingdon A Pictorial History" (plate 46). The house on the right with the prominent doorway (99 High Street) is now part of Lloyds Bank, and was the home of the Geeson family in the late 19th/early 20th century
