DescriptionA group of twenty-six women displaying samples of their needlework, with five children and the Vicar of St Mary's with St Benedict Church, Huntingdon . They appear to be in the Archdeaconry Library on The Walks East, Huntingdon. The board on the wall reads "This building was erected at the sole cost of the Venerable F. Gerald Vesey, L.L.D., Archdeacon of Huntingdon and gererously presented by him to the Vicar and Churchwardens of St Mary's with St. Benedict's for the purposes of a parish room subject to the conditions named in the trust deed of November 13th 1890. Trustees Miles Atkinson, Vicar, [?] Cooper, Churchwarden." [rest unreadable]. The Reverend Miles Atkinson was Vicar of the parish 1881-1894
