DescriptionIssac Flawhaw of Thorney Abbey, Isle of Ely, gent, agrees with Peter Descow of Eye, Nothants, gent, that if Descow maintains Abraham, son of his sister, Mary, and if he insures Flawhaw's peaceful possession of 73 acres of fen ground called Abbots Pingle in Ramsey, part of 108 acres described in the Lot Book Sir Oliver Cromwells Severalls in Ramsey A, in the 17th Lot, which land Descow bargained and sold to Flawhaw, Flawhaw will not implement the Judgement for £300 debt entered upon the Record in the Court of Common Pleas.
