Description(By a Demise for 1,000 years) Robert Serjeant of Ramsey, yeoman, to Richard Racy of Ramsey, grocer. 330. His three Marsh woods parts in Ramsey (3 acres 3 roods). Endorsed 1) Deed of Further Charge 26th July 1732. Serjeant agrees that the above land shall be a security for the further sum of £10 received of Racy. 2) Acknowledgement of Receipt from Francis Wise of Ramsey, malster, of £43 3sh 6d. being the principle and interest due on the above deeds, and agrees to make any necessary assignments of the indenture and the premises therein mentioned to Wise or his trustees.
