Description	Copy of Court Roll; Copy of Conditional Surrender by Nettleton of Wistow, yeoman, of the lands etc in R7/2/23 to the use of Jembelin, in consideration of a loan of £200. Endorsed 1) Receipt 29th March 1757 The Rt.Hon. Simon Earl Harcourt, executor of the will of the late Jacob Jembelin, acknowledges receipt of £200 from John Waller of St.Neots, gent, in discharge of the above Surrender. 2) Declaration of Trust 2nd February 1759 For £200 Waller declares the mortgaged premises in trust for Thomas Hughes. 3) Receipt 18th July 1765 Hughes acknowledges receipt of £200 and interest from Waller. 4) Authority to Discharge 18th July 1765 Weller to the Steward of the Manor of Wistow
