Description	Copy of Court Roll. Copy of Conditional Surrender by Nettleton of all his copyhold lands etc. held of the Manor to the use of William Cope the elder of Wistow, yeoman, in consideration of a loan of £70. Endorsed: Receipt and Declaration of Trust 22nd May 1748 Cope acknowledges receipt of £75 7sh 0d. from William Fullwood, Doctor of Physick, in discharge of the above Surrender, and declares that his name is now to be used in trust for Fullwood.
