John Favell of Normanton, West Riding of Yorks, gent, nephew and heir at law of James Favell DD. late Rector of Houghton with Witton, deceased, and Richard Favell of York, surgeon, son of Judith Favell, agree to levy unto John Holsworth, Vicar of Normanton, as trustee, a fine of 2 farms in Kerby cum Netherby in the p. of Kirby Overblows, a capital mansion house, 3 closes of land, 4 dwelling houses, and 2 farms in Normanton, 3 closes in the township of Snydall in p. of Normanton and 2 closes at Whitwood in the p. of Featherstone, Yorks, to hold to the use of Richard Favell during his life and then to the use of the children of Richard, subject to the payment of any annual rebt-charge granted by Richard to his wife Mary, for her life.
