To Edward Benyon, second son of late R.Benyon, and his heirs male, and in default of such issue, to Charles Benyon, third surviving son of the late R.Benyon, and his heirs male, and in default of such issue , to Richard Benyon, eldest son of the late R.Benyon, and his heirs male, all his freehold manors, messuages etc. in p. of Shoreditch and Hackney, in The Haymarket and James Street in the p. of St.James, Westminster, and in the p. of St.Giles Cripplegate, all in Westminster, his freehold estates in the town of Brentwood and in the p. of Downham, Wickford, Ramsden Bellhouse South Harmenfield Broxted and Tollsbury, Essex, his leasehold estate in Pall Mall called the Star and Garter Tavern and a house adjoining in the p. of St.James's Westminster, his copyhold estate at Vauxhall, Surrey, let on a building lease, and his large sums in the Funds of England. Desires to be buried in the family vault in Downham Church Yard. Appoints Richard Benyon Esq., of Englefield, Berks., and Martin Whish of Bereners Street, Middlesex, the executors of his will.
