Description | Joseph Barnicot of Friday Street, City of London, Warehouseman, Creditors Assignee of the estate and effects of John West, late of Donnington, Lincs, linen draper, but now of Macclesfield, Ches., commercial traveller, a bankrupt, Edward Watkin Edwards of Sambrook Court, Basinghall Street City of London, Official Assignee under the said bankruptcy and West to Henry Gifford of Huntingdon, brewers clerk, £300 by direction by West to Edwards. The remainder in fee simple of West immediately expectant on the determination of the estate for life therein of his father in the messuage in Broadalls, Ramsey, the lot (3 ac) adjoining the messuage and two other Broadalls lots (6 ac). Endorsed: Memorandum that on 4th November, 1867, the last 2 lots above were conveyed by Gifford to Edward Fellowes. |
