Reciting as R32/3/1 Now Mrs Bayford, with the consent of Barnesley, to Coulson Fellowes, William Fellowes the elder, Hay and Robert Kingscote of Cheapside, London, merchant. All such share of the sum of £5,000 which she may become intitled to, upon trusts for herself, her future husband and their children similar to those R32/3/1. Endorsed; A note that Mrs Urania Barnesley died without issue. 6th April 1770
