Description	T.B. Martin is bound to W. Martin in £1, 400 for insuring a good title to, and peaceful possession of, the above lands. Endorsed: Receipt 14th July, 1790. T.B. Martin acknowledged the receipt of £275: 8s: 8d. from W. Martin, which with the £319: 7s: 9d. paid by W. Martin to Mrs. Brown in discharge of a mortgage and £105: 3s: 7d. paid by W. Martin to himself in discharge of another mortgage, makes up the £700 consideration money.
