DescriptionReciting an earlier Marriage Settlement and 2 Mortgages relating to the land to be conveyed and other more valuable hereditaments. Now, John Joseph Wells of Southborough in p. of Bromley, Kent, Esq., and Henry Hughes of Bradburn in p. of Sevenoaks, Kent Esq., the mortgages, Rt. Hon. Lady Elizabeth Wells, widow of William Wells of Holme, Esq., deceased, and before her marriage with him called Lady Elizabeth Proby, and William Wells of Holme, Esq., eldest son of the marriage of the late William and Lady Elizabeth to Edward Fellowes of Ramsey Abbey, Esq., M.P. In consideration of £468:7:6d. to William Wells by Fellowes. All those 5 pieces of land at Holme Fen in p. of Holme, containing 3r.9p, 2r, 9 ac. 2r. 1p, 3 ac. 3r. 26p, and 3r.22p, all adjoining on one side The Old Nene or Chalderbeach and on every other side lands of Fellowes, freed from all mortgages and annual rent charges.
