DescriptionCopy of Absolute Surrender by J.Y. Bear of Ramsey, gent, of the newly erected messuage (now divided into 2 tenements) in Ramsey, together with the land or garden ground adjoining, all of which premises are bounded on the east by Hollow Lane and the estate of the heirs of the late Mary Robinson, on the west by the estate of Sarah Mackness and Elizabeth Crawley, on the north by estates of Edward Fellowes Esq., the Trustees of the Meeting House used by a congregation of Protestant Dissenters called Scripturalists, and James Jones, and on the south by premises of heirs of the late Mary Robinson and Lime Kiln Lane, to the use of his stepson, John Marlow of Ramsey, harness maker, and Rebecca, his wife.
