Description | Reciting that Edward Fellowes of Ramsey Abbey, Esq., is intitled to the pieces of land called the Lockspit Common and that these are subject to certain rights of Common: that the pieces of land are about to be inclosed: that Edward Fellowes has contracted for the purchase of certain of the rights of Common and is desirous of perserving these from being extinguished. Now Fellowes to his brother, Richard Fellowes, of Englefield Green Berks, Esq, as his trustee. The Lockspits, otherwise Lockspits Common (152ac. 0r. 33p) in the parish of Ramsey, lying next to the hard Lands of Upwood, together with all the rights belonging. |
