Hill £853 Williams £2,405 Titus £2,520 Total £7,000 All the property, except that specified in the Sheppard mortgage, (R1/1/33) is further charged to Margaret Nicoll, spinster, of Chipping Barnet, Hertfordshire, for £7,350, in trust for the heirs of John Godden Wolfe. Arrangements for the mortgage were made by Mr Fellowes, a master of the High Court of Chancery, with whom Wolfe's money had been lodged by decree, for that purpose. (With a draft of the mortgage). |
