TitleAppeal by Point of Counsel for Thomas Bidwell who holds a farm at Barnwell to be relived against an Indenture of apprenticeship, whereby a poor girl of Barnwell was bound to him by the churchwardens and overseers of the poor. Indenture of apprenticeship set aside. Order that Bidwell take the child to keep and provide for her for 2 calender months following the agreement of the parish, as his turn shall happen to be with the other farmers of the parish.
