TitlePetition by Charles Barrett, late of Cottenham, farmer, William Brown, late of Burwell, cordwainer, John Gedrey, late of Orwell, victualler, Richard Moor, late of Longstanton, bugler, John Marsh, late of Linton, cordwainer and Jacob Natham, late of Hannover, Germany, dealer in hardwares, the petitioners appeared before 1st January 1742 and were prisoners for debt in Cambridge Castle and intended to take the benefit of an Act for the relief of Insolvent Debtors (made in the 16th year of reign if George II). Order that petitioners be discharged from prison and the schedules of their estates and effects be assigned according to the Act.
