(d) and (e) Junction lines on Tramway (a) in the parish of Elm. Passing through the following parishes: (a). Wisbech St Peter (county Cambridgeshire). Emneth (county Norfolk); Elm (county Cambridgeshire); Outwell (counties Cambridgeshire and Norfolk). (b). Emneth (county Norfolk). Outwell ( counties Cambridgeshire and Norfolk). (c). Outwell and Upwell (counties Cambridgeshire and Norfolk). (c). Outwell and Upwell (counties Cambridgeshire and Norfolk). (d) and (e). Elm.
