TitleThe Reverend Fell's School Yard, Huntingdon.
DescriptionA view of Huntingdon Grammar School yard, taken before the restoration of the school building (now the Cromwell Museum) in 1880. The buildings to the right have been replaced by 19th century buildings, which were also part of the school until the 1950s, and until 2012 were offices of Cambridgeshire County Council. The yard in this photograph is now a car park, and the trees and wall adjoining Grammar School Walk on the left of the view have disappeared.
The Reverend John Fell was Master of the school for many years in the middle of the nineteenth century. See also WH3/59
