DescriptionA view of the High Street looking towards Market Hill, taken from All Saints Passage. Coxon's shop can be seen on the left, while Goggs shop can be seen on the right. There are two horse-drawn carts and one hand cart in view, while many of the shopkeepers and shoppers have gathered to have their photographs taken. Ernest Whitney had written on this print (his writing has faded and is difficult to read, but a copy is on the back of the mount) " High Street with Mr Smith (baker) Mr Tatman (on right) and PC Gale (on left)"
