DescriptionView of Huntingdon High Street looking from Murkett's towards Trinity Church. The offices of Marshall's Brewery can be seen on the left, just before the archway leading to the Brewery. The top of St Mary's Church tower can also be seen in the middle distance. The Crown Hotel at 49 High Street can be seen on the right, next to Fordham's grocery shop, and then Rowell & Sons, outfitters. Murkett's shop and garage can be seen on the extreme right of the photograph. This business moved to 111 High Street in 1912 when the Fountain Inn closed.
