DescriptionBequests:
To his wife Susanna, for the term of her natural life, in addition to fen lands settled on her in lieu of a dower or right of thirds.
1) A freehold messuage and land in Fulbourn.
2) 40 acres freehold arable land in Fulbourn, Teversham and Hinton, all in the county of Cambridge and occupied by Jonathan Fison.
3) £40 and the use of his silver and household goods.
To his daughter, Barbara Warren, widow, £500 for the use of her six children, lands and messuages in Swaffham Bulbeck to be sold if necessary to raise that sum. Mortgage debt ... Sandover of Newmarket to be discharged.
To the poor of Swaffham Prior £5.
Dr. Hill's son Thomas appointed sole executor.

With the Will are:
1) A letter from the Reverend H. Copinger-Hill, Rector of Buxhall, Stowmarket, Suffolk, requesting details of the family of Martin Hill, his ancestor.
2) Two notes from the Reverend Lawrence Fisher of Swaffham Prior recording information sent in reply, and the Rector of Buxhall's gift of Dr. Martin Hill's will, 1928.
