Properties: (a) Messuage or tenement on the High Street, Kimbolton, with the Back Street to the north and the Market Place to the south. Now in the occupations of Joseph Bull and Charles .... Daws, Sarah Chapman and (i). All which were purchased by the late Joseph York from Mary Knight and Alice Mays, widows, in 1751. The rest of the names are obscured by a hole in the paper. (b) A cottage divided into two tenements with homestead adjoining in Stoneley, late in the occupations of William Ward and Thomas Perkins and their heirs. (c) Close or pightle containing 2 acres late in the occupation of Joseph York but now of Charles Dines. All which were purchased by Joseph York from Edward Clarke in 1790. |
