Mortgage. Between: i) John FitzJohn of Ramsey, butcher, and Mary his wife; ii) William Groomes the elder of the same place, farmer. Close of 5a of fen ground in Ramsey called Hollow Lot (10 Oct 1768).

Bond for performance. John FitzJohn and Mary his wife to William Groomes the elder (10 Oct 1768).

Deed of confirmation. Between: i) John Fitzjohn of Ramsey, butcher, and Mary his wife; ii) William Groomes of Ramsey, farmer. Very faded. (29 Jul 1772?)

Lease and release with assignment to attend. Between: i) John Fitzjohn of Ramsey, butcher; ii) William Groomes the elder of Ramsey, farmer; iii) Sir Robert Bernard of Gradham; iv) Samuel Phipps of Lincolns Inn. Close of fen ground at Hollow Lot (1-2 Apr 1773).

Abstract of the title of the devisees in trust of Sir Robert Bernard to lands in Ramsey purchased of Mr. FitzJohn (1790).
