Bond for performance. John FitzJohn and Mary his wife to William Groomes the elder (10 Oct 1768).

Deed of confirmation. Between: i) John Fitzjohn of Ramsey, butcher, and Mary his wife; ii) William Groomes of Ramsey, farmer. Very faded. (29 Jul 1772?)

Lease and release with assignment to attend. Between: i) John Fitzjohn of Ramsey, butcher; ii) William Groomes the elder of Ramsey, farmer; iii) Sir Robert Bernard of Gradham; iv) Samuel Phipps of Lincolns Inn. Close of fen ground at Hollow Lot (1-2 Apr 1773).
