Between: i) Frederick Howard, Earl of Carlisle; George Capel Coningsby, Viscount Malden; George Evelyn Boscawen, Viscount Falmouth; William Augustus Spencer Boscawen of Piccadilly [Middlesex]; John Frederick, Duke of Dorset; Arabella Diana, Duchess of Dorset, daughter of the late Sir Charles George Gordon who was eldest son and heir of George Earl of Aboyne; ii) Edward Boodle of Brook Street, St George Hanover Square [Middlesex]. Manor and lordships of Orton Longueville and Bottlebridge [Botolph], with the advowson, right of fisheries etc (2 May 1795).

Mortgage by demise. Between: i) William Waller of Chesterton Hall and Elizabeth Waller of Chesterton, widow; ii) Richard Dewing of East Rudham [Norfolk] and William Case of Kings Lynn [Norfolk]. Several properties in Chesterton incl. Bates Farm. (5 May 1798).

Abstract of title to the Manor of Chesterton in mortgage to Mrs Honor Pigott and Mrs Ann Piggott (after 1799).

Declaration of trust of £10,000 consolidated bank annuities for the benefit of the Countess of Aboyne.
