Collateral security to indemnify Mr Heathcote against the annuity of £2000 payable to the Duchess Dowager of Manchester. Between: i) the Duke of Manchester of Kimbolton and George Montagu, Lord Viscount Mandeville his eldest son and heir; ii) John Heathcote of the parish of St James Westminster [Middlesex]; iii) Daniel Welstead of Kimbolton, gentleman. (23 Jun 1761).

Mortgage. Between: i) William Duke of Manchester of Kimbolton; ii) Edward Hare of Caster [Northants], George Maxwell of Fletton and Charles Marion Welstead of Kimbolton, inclosure commissioners; iii) Marion Welstead of Kimbolton. Several closes in Holywell cum Needingworth (12 Sep 1801).
