Lease of Ambury Hill for 30 yrs in exchange for rights on two closes by the Castle next to Mill Common (Castle Leys and Wakelyns Close) Signed by the Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses. Seal detached. (1658).

Copy lease. Between: i) Sir Robert Bernard of Brampton; ii) George Merritt of Huntingdon, Richard Astry, William Douse, Joseph Darlow and Edward Audley (Aldermen of the Borough) and Michael Ringstead and Thomas Collett (Burgesses). 16a of pasture ground known as Ambury Hill Close (1689).
