Capitular Commission is trying desperately to keep the Order alive. Asking for Duke's support. Suggests Prince of Wales may become Master and draws examples from parallel situation in Prussia and Portugal where ancient orders have been modified by modern requirements. Expects to receive Diploma from King of Portugal in return for literary works.
