Description	Concerning the list of persons, which included himself, nominated for Sheriff. He will be ready to serve if some benefit to the Earl arises from it, or if his serving was necessary "to peace against the General Election". Dicusses the possibility of inducing Mr. Fellowes to serve: it may be of use to Fellowes if "he preserves any distant thought of the County for himself or his successors."
